UPS returns 24; NUT incorrectly scales.

User provided a dump which showed battery.voltage as an 8-bit value of 24, but the UPS only has 1x 12V battery pack. The following comment from the CP1500PFCLCD entry probably applies: "CyberPower states that battery voltage is not supported in this model of UPS. It’s not even shown in their PowerPanel software."
